Here I sit in this very lobby in that very chair (the red one with it's back to the photographer) and check my email using the hotel wi-fi, which isn't free. It's about $12/hour or $30/day.
I'm tired. It is 10:30 pm here, which is 8 hours ahead of US Central time. I slept some on the plane and watched some movies on the headrest TV. Sure beats those trips to Ireland and Germany in past decades with nothing but an in-flight movie or a book to read. The flight lasted 14 hours, in a 777 flying at 32,000 feet. Wow. It was cold on the plane. Will dress warmer next time. It is about 90 in Dubai. I will tour Dubai tomorrow, then fly 2 hours to Kabul on Sunday morning. Thanks for your support thus far.
